Initials made of 5 mm wood. thick and 40 cm. High. From the moment you place your order, your particular initial is designed by computer, then the name is cut out of wood and given a first coat of sanding. After this sanding, a first coat of primer is applied and as soon as it dries, it is given a fine sanding to proceed with its lacquering. After a few hours the order is ready to be shipped.

- You can return a product if you do not like it, it is not what you expected, the measurements do not fit what you need or for any other reason. You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to return any product.
The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact. Send us an email to hello @woodnames.com to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for the return shipment of the product.
When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount to the bank account that you have indicated within a maximum period of 7 days.
The shipping costs of returned products are borne by the customer, except if the return is caused by defects in the merchandise or by a service error.
